Come da tradizione, Google ha rivelato quali sono state le parole e le ricerche più cliccate dagli utenti durante l’anno, dimostrandosi, come sempre, un interessante indicatore delle tendenze.
Per quanto riguarda il cinema, in testa troviamo Parasite che, con le sue vittorie durante la cerimonia degli Oscar, ha conquistato tutti. Sotto il thriller di Bong Joon-Ho ci sono 1917, Black Panther (molte ricerche sono avvenute dopo la prematura scomparsa di Chadwick Boseman) e Contagion (il film di Soderbergh è, però, primo nella categoria thriller: è stato molto cercato grazie alle analogie che esso contiene con l’attuale pandemia).
Nella categoria serie tv a trionfare è Tiger King. L'assurda docu-serie targata Netflix si piazza sopra Cobra Kai, Ozark e The Umbrella Academy.
Tra le star, invece, i più cercati sono Tom Hanks, Amber Heard, Lea Michele e Joaquin Phoenix.
Anche la triste categoria dei defunti vede comparire il nome di qualche attore: oltre al più cercato Kobe Bryant, nella lista compaiono Chadwick Boseman, Naya Rivera e Kelly Preston.
